BACKGROUND 

The Transform Hub is a strategic unit within Save the Children Indonesia (SCIDN) dedicated to driving the organization toward its transformation milestones in support of the ambition to triple impact and double income. As established in the Transformation Charter, effective Internal Communications plays a critical role in supporting the organization's transformation journey by ensuring that employees are well-informed, engaged, and aligned with key priorities, initiatives, and organizational changes at all levels. Currently managed under the Transformation Hub, this function is responsible for communicating transformation progress across the organization.
