Lead and influence Kyndryl Consult, the fastest growing business unit, across multi‑disciplinary teams. Guide complex consulting engagements, build strategic change agendas, and drive profitable growth through client relationships at the C‑suite level.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to Profitable Growth: Sign and target revenue, sustain margin expectations, grow backlog, pursue pipeline opportunities, scope engagements, negotiate fees, manage risk, and ensure profitability.
• Client Engagement: Build deep relationships with CXOs, serve as trusted advisor, lead C‑level interactions, deliver on complex engagements, enhance satisfaction (NPS), and secure references.
