Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of manual labor tasks on construction sites. This includes but is not limited to: digging trenches, pouring concrete, framing structures, installing drywall, and operating various power tools.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment. This includes following all safety protocols, cleaning up debris, and ensuring proper equipment maintenance.
- Work as part of a team to complete construction projects on time and within budget. This requires effective communication and collaboration with other workers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in construction.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
- Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
