Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and verify construction materials such as cement, steel, pipes, tools, and equipment
- Organize and store materials properly according to safety and company standards
- Prepare, issue, and dispatch materials for construction sites based on requisitions
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, damages, or missing items
- Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in regular stock audits
- Monitor daily attendance of warehouse workers and site personnel as assigned
- Prepare attendance reports and submit them to the project engineer or HR department
- Ensure proper handling of heavy and hazardous construction materials
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations
