Job Description
- Provide daily progress updates and site reports to the Project Manager.
- Carry out regular site inspections and resolve technical or safety issues promptly.
- Coordinate workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to meet project targets.
- Track manpower deployment, material usage, and site progress as per project specifications.
- Oversee daily site operations to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to quality standards.
- Working knowledge of construction methods, safety practices, and building regulations.
- Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in construction site supervision.
- Able to handle multiple site activities while maintaining quality.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Driving licence is an added advantage.
