Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations, including workers' attendance, performance, training courses, and work discipline.
- Communicate effectively in English with main contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Lead and guide workers to ensure projects progress smoothly and resolve any hurdles on-site.
- Interpret and understand construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
- Ensure safety standards, quality requirements, and project timelines are met.
- Provide logical, practical solutions to challenges encountered during project execution.
