We are seeking a skilled construction supervisor for modular construction in Varkaus. The work is located in a production hall where modular construction solutions are manufactured.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production and work phases.
• Ensure a smooth workflow, monitor schedules, and direct workers.
• Maintain quality, safety, and efficiency of production.
• Work weekdays from 6am to 2pm with some flexibility.
• Adhere to the construction industry collective agreement.

Qualifications

• Valid occupational safety card and hot work permit.
• Experience in construction supervision.
• Ability to lead and guide a work team and organize daily operations.
• Practical knowledge of construction and the ability to read drawings.
