Essel is looking for a construction Superintendent with experience managing mid to large scale projects.
The Superintendent will lead multiple projects in the following sectors:
- Colleges / Universities
- K-12 Construction w/ DSA oversight
- Misc. specialized sectors (OSHPD, etc.)
Duties will include but not limited to:
- Review plans and specs to ensure accuracy, prepare General Conditions, and
establish baseline schedules for each subcontractor or self-performing team
