Job Description Job Description The construction superintendent plans, directs and coordinates activities pertaining to the construction, renovation and maintenance of an assigned project in accordance with company policies, bid specifications, schedule, LME and governmental regulations. Duties and Responsibilities * Schedule foremen, consultants, and vendors in critical path to ensure timely completion. * Perform quality control duties and responsibilities regarding the work being performed. * Ensure that the foreman report to the superintendent and that the foreman is fully executing and complying with his contracted scope of work and has corrected all deficiencies identified by the project team. * Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions. * Identify foreman non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards and issue notices of non-compliance to foremen in regards to quality of work or scheduling. * Identify conflicts in construction progre...
