Position Summary
The Construction Superintendent will manage and control assigned projects, including overseeing field operations, site safety, productivity, schedule, quality work, and trade contractor and supplier coordination in conjunction with the Project Manager leading the project team. Responsibilities include directing day‑to‑day on‑site activities, planning crew activities for the short and long term, resolving field construction issues, maintaining client relations, upholding a high standard of safety and quality, and managing small‑to‑medium‑sized projects or directing a portion of a major project while ensuring proper field protocols.
Position Details
- Onsite position; candidate must reside in High Level or be willing to relocate.
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout the province as required.
- Monday‑to‑Friday work schedule.
- Work hours: 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
