Insight Global is looking for a Construction Superintendent to join one of Canada's leading employee-owned general contractors. This individual will be responsible for leading all on-site construction activities and ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget. Acting as the operational leader on site, the Superintendent will oversee field staff, subcontractors, project schedules, safety programs, quality control, logistics, and client relationships throughout the full project lifecycle.
This role will be a full time permanent role located 5 days a week onsite in Edmonton, and occasional travel to sites throughout Alberta.
Required Skills and Experience
- 2+ years of experience working as a Superintendent for a large General Contractor
- Experience managing construction projects ranging from approximately $500K to $5M
