**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities on site.
- Manage master schedules, project progress, and contractual compliance.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and schedule requirements.
- Manage QA/QC programs and punch list execution.
- Supervise CSA and MEP scopes during base build and fit-out construction.
