Scope of Work

• Work closely with the project management team to coordinate and lead the daily field operations in terms of scheduling the work of trades, materials, and deliveries, to ensure the project is remaining on schedule and on budget at all times.
• Maintain a protected and organized work environment to meet and exceed the requirements outlined in the Ontario Occupational Health and Safety Act and Regulations, as well as the company’s Health and Safety program.
• Review, implement, and collect updated drawings and details, to ensure the project is being built to the latest set of plans and specifications at all times.
• Maintain daily reports via Procore to ensure the project team, including the clients and consultants, are updated on a daily basis.
