Responsibilities
- Manage construction activities and progress independently
- Able to understand structural drawing, specifications and requirements
- Supervise structural/architectural works, co‑ordinate with client's representatives.
- Supervise and lead a team of workers and sub contractor to perform on site work
- Resolve design site problems encountered during the construction period
- Ensure the quality of work
- Prepare daily progress report and work schedule
- Oversee quality control and safety and health matters on site.
- Other ad‑hoc tasks within the Manager’s capability
