A Construction Scheduler is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the timeline of construction projects. The primary goal is to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.

• Developing Project Schedules: Create detailed project timelines using scheduling software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). Develop baselines and schedules for various phases of the project.
• Monitoring Progress: Track and update project progress, identifying any delays or obstacles. Ensure that the project is staying on schedule.
• Resource Allocation: Ensure the appropriate allocation of resources (labor, materials, and equipment) to avoid any bottlenecks or delays.
