Responsibilities - Actively engage the contracted construction team to drive excellence in HSE performance
- Drive compliance with HSE best practices and site standards
- Provide visible leadership and direct engagement with construction staff (including routine audits)
- Collect and present key safety performance indicators
- Proactively define and support the mitigation of potential HSE risks
- Train and guide team members to plan and promote HSE excellence
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Intermediate/advanced English proficiency
- Proficiency in Excel and Office tools
