CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER

Project Manager ( Construction / Main Con & General Building experience ) Good Pay +Good Bonus

. Plan, design and direct construction activities, to ensure safe and timely delivery and completion of development works.

. Present management reports pertaining to progress of projects, personnel performance and problems encountered and appropriate and effective solutions

. Cover site activities and documents, and timely report to management

Requirements

. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey, Architecture or equivalent.

. At least 10 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

. Preferably Manager specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

. Experienced in Structural and Architecture works will be preferred
