Construction Project Manager - On-Site Leadership & Change

AECOM is seeking a Site Construction Manager for our Madrid project. The role focuses on on-site leadership, coordinating daily construction operations, managing materials and crews, ensuring compliance with plans, budget and schedule.

The ideal candidate has Technical Architecture or Building Engineering qualifications, 3–4 years on-site experience, and working proficiency in English and Spanish. Excellent communication and safety compliance are essential.
