We are Stony Creek Homes, a Washington, DC based house flipping company, and we're looking for a **Construction Project Manager** to join us remotely and move our projects forward.
**IMPORTANT**: If you are a clock-puncher who needs a rigid manual and constant hand-holding to function, this is not the place for you.
We are looking for a senior-level leader who actually enjoys the challenge of bringing order to chaos in a fast-moving company.
As our Construction Project Manager, you are the **Agent of Progress** and the **conductor** of every build. You take 100% ownership, meaning you are directly responsible for the success or failure of your projects.
**The Job**:
- **Role Type**: Remote (Full-time, Independent Contractor).
- **Schedule**: 40 hours per week, **US Eastern Time (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST)**. This is nonnegotiable.
- **Focus**: Managing a portfolio of **10+ concurrent residential projects** (5 active, 5 pre-construction).
