About the Role
We are partnering with a leading European data centre developer and operator to appoint a Construction Project Manager based in Madrid.
This role will support the delivery of mission‑critical data centre developments across Spain, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with the Regional Construction Manager, you will coordinate local construction activities, manage contractors and consultants, and act as the primary on‑site representative between internal project teams, external stakeholders, and local authorities.
The successful candidate will play a key role in the successful delivery and operational handover of hyperscale and colocation data centre facilities.
