Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to serve as the Owner’s Representative Construction Manager for a secondment on ATB Financial’s major construction programme.

In this role, you will be seconded into a dynamic real estate and facilities environment, reporting to the Senior Manager, Construction. You will play a critical, hands‑on role in the successful delivery of capital projects—ranging from renovations and refreshes to new builds—ensuring they are executed with technical excellence, safety, and fiscal discipline.

This position is central to bringing physical spaces to life. You will lead construction delivery across the full lifecycle—from pre‑construction planning and tendering through to deficiencies, commissioning, and turnover—working closely with Project Delivery and Design teams to ensure alignment with governance, stakeholder expectations, and overall program objectives.
