Responsibilities
- In charge of sourcing materials, ordering, and delivery items to workplace
- Follow up ordering and delivery status
- Record all purchased materials and ensure everything is tally with purchase record
- Coordinate with supervisor or project manager for item request purpose
- Provide admin duties and clerical support to project team
- Update manpower movement constantly
Working time: 5 working days (9am - 6pm)
Working location: Kranji
Requirements- At least 1 year experience is an advantage
- Able to start work immediately / short notice is preferred
