Job Overview

Insight Global is looking for a procurement manager for a real estate and construction team at a large retail enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Procuring materials and services for greenfield construction projects.
• Construction buyouts for refrigeration, roofing, sliding doors, construction equipment (steel, roofing, cladding) and related materials and services.
• Benchmarking pricing.
• Managing vendor KPIs and performance, reviewing existing contracts and vendor performance quarterly and annually for services.
• Working with US counterparts and communicating updates to US stakeholders.
• Governance and planning by creating and accurately updating forecasts.
• Ensuring timely delivery of equipment and supplies to meet strategic initiatives, real estate projects and store operations within set timelines.
