Construction Mechanical Completion Engineer (Punch List Engineer)

Job Summary

This position is responsible for the mechanical equipment packages in projects related to copper processing and mining plants (Concentrators, Leaching, SX/EW TruckShop Plants, Tailings Handling Plants, Process Water Plants/Desalination Plants for Mining, etc.). The role coordinates, develops, and leads meetings with Bechtel disciplines, customers, and vendors to determine the scope of work, technical and design definitions, and to provide quantity and cost estimates for the mechanical aspects of a project scope. The incumbent reviews and evaluates engineering designs, modifications, and processes, providing technical recommendations that ensure the unique and complex mechanical requirements of a project are met.
