Construction Manager

Bachelor's degree in an applicable Engineering field or equivalent
- 8+ years of experience as an Engineer, Senior Construction Manager, and other construction related disciplines.
- Experience operating within at least two disciplines within the construction industry, which could consist of General Contracting, Owner's Representation, Architecture, Design and Engineering; Commercial Development, or similar.
- Project management experience from due diligence and design phase through implementation and operation.
- Experience negotiating construction, procurement and labor contracts
- Significant professional experience in a commissioning or area manager role, including Completions and Commissioning of complex installations in order to effectively lead, supervise and resolve execution issues on a day-to-day basis
