Omicron is hiring a Construction Manager to support our expanding portfolio of commercial, residential, institutional, industrial, and renewal projects, strengthening our integrated design‑build delivery model.
What You’ll Do
- Project Delivery
- Deliver projects that meet or exceed budget, schedule, and target margins
- Lead detailed construction planning, including schedule development, sequencing, and milestone tracking
- Drive proactive risk management to prevent cost overruns and delays
- Project Budget Management
- Own project budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and margin performance
- Lead the bid process, subcontractor procurement, and contract execution
- Review and act on cost reports, forecasts, and project financials to maintain control
