Construction Manager (SMPP EPC Mine Project) - Karibib

Minimum10-15 years’ experience working on EPC SMPP Construction Sites. Minimum 5 years’ experience as a SMPP Construction Manager.
Heavy steel, Welding processes, Boilermaking, Pipe Fitting.
Safe working practices.
Strong on People management/supervising. Red Seal Boilermaker or National Diploma Mechanical.
MS Office packages
Afrikaans and English
Responsibilities
To lead, plan, train and review site SMPP work.
To give proper instructions and guidance to subordinates
To resolve work problems and recommend work measures to improve productivity, efficiency and utilization
To report pending jobs with reasons for pending and actions taken
Complies with the Namibian OHS ACT 85 of 1993 and all relevant health, safety, environmental, quality, legal and regulatory requirements as stipulated by company requirements
Estimate the time to be allocated to specific jobs and monitor this accordingly.
