Construction Manager

Working Location: Jurong Island

KeyResponsibilities:

. Lead and manage site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications

. Review and ensure implementation of technical documents and procedures

. Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, and subcontractors

. Monitor and report on project progress, cost, and quality

. Manage resources,including labor, equipment, and materials

. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring a safe working environment

. Lead monthly project meetings with clients and stakeholders

. Ensure timely submission of documents and reports

. Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

. Degree in Mechanical Engineering

. Minimum 10 years of experience in Pharama/Semiconductor/power and petrochemical construction,testing, and commissioning
