About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the execution of pharmaceutical and industrial construction projects in Singapore. This role is responsible for managing all on‑site construction activities, coordinating with project stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and delivering projects safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all on‑site construction and installation activities throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and implement detailed site execution plans, construction methodologies, and project schedules, including key milestones.
- Establish and enforce site safety procedures, ensuring compliance with workplace safety regulations and company standards.
- Monitor site progress, quality, productivity, and project performance, and prepare regular progress reports for management and clients.
