Construction Manager (Data Centre)
We're looking for an experienced M&E Construction Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale Data Centre projects in a Design & Build environment. This role is responsible for driving site execution, managing multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the overall site execution and delivery of mission-critical Data Centre projects.
- Manage and coordinate all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works, including electrical, mechanical, and integrated building systems.
- Develop and drive construction programmes to achieve key project milestones and successful project completion.
- Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure quality workmanship, productivity, and compliance with safety standards.
