Construction Manager

Position Overview

We are looking for a full-time Construction Manager to join either our Saskatoon, Regina, or Calgary team! This position reports to the Manager of Project Services. Indigenous applicants are encouraged to apply.

Primary Responsibilities

• Collaborate with and lead teams to deliver project results, on schedule and within budget limits.
• Define project objectives and scope, involving all relevant internal and client stakeholders.
• Develop and baseline detailed project execution plans in collaboration with relevant project team members.
• Communicate project requirements to the project team; ensure expectations on scope, schedule, and quality deliverables are clear and understood.
• Manage project resources to achieve quality project deliverables working in conjunction with functional managers in a matrix environment.
