Responsibilities
- Ensure and enforce the highest safety standards on site.
- Implement and oversee safety protocols, hold daily safety briefings, and ensure full compliance with all local, federal and internal health & safety regulations.
- Oversee the quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) program.
- Inspect work at key stages to ensure conformity with approved technical drawings, specifications and building codes.
- Manage obtaining all required site permits, work scheduling and successful regulatory inspections throughout the construction cycle.
- Provide full-time, on-site supervision and management of all trades, subcontractors and construction activities.
- Drive daily and weekly project schedules, proactively identifying and resolving critical-path issues, resource conflicts and delays to ensure on-time project completion.
