**About the Construction Project Manager position**:
We are looking for a Construction Project Manager who will organize a wide range of construction projects from start to finish.
Your duties will include ensuring that all projects are delivered on time according to requirements and without exceeding budget.
You should be well-versed in all construction methodologies and procedures and able to coordinate a team of professionals of different disciplines to achieve the best results.
An analytical mind and great organizational skills are also required.
**Construction Project Manager responsibilities are**:
- Work together with engineers, architects etc. to determine the specifications of the project
- Define needed resources, such as manpower, equipment and materials, from start to finish with attention to budgetary limitations
- Set terms with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
