POSITION OVERVIEW

The Construction Manager (Mechanical) oversees the comprehensive lifecycle of construction projects, ensuring efficient project planning, execution, and handover. This role requires expertise in managing mechanical systems, coordinating with site teams and contractors, and maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders to meet project objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Project Management & Leadership – Oversee the entire M&E construction lifecycle, including planning, execution, and handover phases. Coordinate with site and contractor teams to ensure timely completion of M&E project milestones. Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring clear communication of updates on schedules, budgets, and technical issues to stakeholders.
