Construction Manager - Large Campus Project & Risk Mgmt

Giant Magellan Telescope in La Serena, Chile, is looking for an SEF Construction Manager to lead and manage construction efforts for the Site, Enclosure, and Facilities (SEF) element. This role involves supporting the SEF Project Element Manager, ensuring construction products meet safety, performance, budget, schedule, and quality targets.

The successful candidate will manage costs and schedules, monitor construction activities, and ensure accurate reporting. Experience in construction management for large projects is essential, along with knowledge of earned value management metrics and procurement processes.
