On-site Construction Management: Oversee and coordinate the construction site management for the Johor Data Center project in Malaysia, ensuring control over construction progress, quality, safety, and civilized operations. Implement the project construction plan, coordinate on-site work teams and local partners, and ensure smooth and orderly execution of construction processes.
2. Local Communication and Coordination: Leverage local identity advantages to liaise with Malaysia clients, supervisors, government agencies, and local partners, handling daily on-site communication, issue resolution, documentation submission, and effectively managing any unexpected on-site issues.
3. Talent Recruitment Support: Assist the company’s HR department and project team in screening, recommending, interviewing, and recruiting local engineers, technical personnel, and other relevant talent in Malaysia. Help build a local technical team to meet project staffing requirements.
