Construction Manager - Industrial Buildings & Datacenter

As part of our growth and organizational development aroundmajor Datacenter & industrial building projects as aGeneral Contractor , we are seeking aConstruction Manager to join ourteam in Spain.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you willcoordinate, manage, and supervise our construction projects , from the preparatory phase through to handover, in compliance with contractual, budgetary, technical, and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) commitments.

More specifically, your main responsibilities will include:

• Defining methods , operating procedures, resource needs (equipment, personnel, subcontractors), andanticipating technical constraints ,
• Managing project execution and coordinating on-site operations , monitoring technical progress, budget, andscheduling ,
