Construction Manager - Industrial Buildings & Datacenter

As part of our growth and organizational development around major Datacenter & industrial building projects as a General Contractor, we are seeking a Construction Manager to join our team in Spain. Reporting to the Operations Director, you will coordinate, manage, and supervise our construction projects from the preparatory phase through to handover, in compliance with contractual, budgetary, technical, and QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) commitments.

• Defining methods, operating procedures, resource needs (equipment, personnel, subcontractors), and anticipating technical constraints.
