Location: Hamilton, ON
Salary: $140,000–$160,000 + bonus and benefits
Our client, a well-established residential developer, is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee low‑rise residential projects in Hamilton.
Responsibilities
- Lead construction operations from site servicing through completion.
- Manage Site Superintendents, trades, schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, municipalities, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor project progress, costs, safety, and key construction milestones.
- Resolve site issues and ensure homes are delivered on schedule and to a high standard.
