About the role:
We are seeking a Construction Manager to support on‑site delivery of Nscale’s Glomfjord data centre project and associated enabling works. This is a site‑based owner‑side role responsible for overseeing construction execution from site preparation through commissioning and turnover.
The role will act as Nscale’s client‑side construction lead, overseeing and challenging the main contractor on field execution, sequencing, safety, quality, and progress.
You will oversee day‑to‑day field execution, coordinate contractors and trades, maintain safety and quality standards, and keep the project on schedule and aligned to budget. This role is well suited to a construction leader with deep experience delivering complex infrastructure, industrial, or mission‑critical projects in the field.
