Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate construction projects ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals for construction projects
- Hire and manage contractors and subcontractors
- Oversee the hiring of laborers and other personnel for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations and other legal requirements
- Monitor progress of construction projects and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate regularly with clients providing updates on project status
- Handle any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses, materials used and labor costs
