What You’ll Do

The Project Superintendent oversees the day‑to‑day construction activities of multifamily projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with company quality standards. This role coordinates subcontractors, manages project schedules, oversees inspections and materials, enforces safety requirements, and serves as a key partner in delivering successful projects from start to finish.
