Construction Management Lead – Turnover & Closeout

SMDC in Veracruz is looking for a qualified candidate to lead the Turnover Assistance Team (TOAST), ensuring residential units achieve Full Acceptance (FA) status. You will oversee project close-outs, coordinate with construction teams, and prepare reports on project progress.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, has at least 5 years of construction management experience, and possesses strong leadership and communication skills. Familiarity with MS Project and similar tools is required.
