Job Summary
Douglas Homes, a large volume home builder in Calgary and surrounding areas, is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Labourer. If you have experience in the construction industry and have a dedication for delivering high-quality results, we invite you to apply for this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with general site duties – shoveling, sweeping, cleaning, moving lumber, small framing fixes and providing safe access to homes.
- Support the Douglas field team with responsibilities as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, reporting any issues or hazards to the site superintendent or foreman.
- Operate basic hand and power tools.
- Transport materials and equipment to various job sites as required.
- Help maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Help with any other general site responsibilities as delegated by construction team.
