Arcadis is looking for a Construction Site Coordinator/Inspector to provide on‑site leadership, day‑to‑day supervision, and logistical coordination for assigned work packages along the Yonge North Subway Extension (YNSE) corridor, as part of the Technical Advisor services and on behalf of Metrolinx model.
Role accountabilities
- Review technical submissions, field changes, and shop drawings to verify alignment with design specifications.
- Oversee the implementation of the Quality Management Plan(s) and ensure conformance with relevant contractor documentation.
- Perform compliance inspections against project/contract requirements.
- Verify materials, workmanship and installations to ensure compliance with design specifications, shop drawings and other relevant contract documents.
- Escalate non‑compliance to Owner and initiate Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs).
