Construction HSE Coordinator Role

Drive safety standards as a Construction HSE Coordinator with Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. This position focuses on safety documentation, inspections, and operational support.
Reporting to the HSE Manager, you will support the health and safety needs of construction projects. Key responsibilities include ensuring daily hazard assessments, preparing documentation for SPAC/PSPC, and conducting weekly and daily inspections. Your role will emphasize coaching operations in hazard mitigation practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure completion of Daily Hazard Assessments
• Review and approve work-related permits
• Conduct inspections for site safety compliance
• Prepare Job Task Analysis for upcoming projects
• Report and assist with environmental incidents
Requirements:
• 1-2+ years of construction experience or relevant education
• Pursuing NCSO and/or CRST qualifications
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
