Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Director, Construction Services, oversee and report on capital expenditures for the Real Estate and Construction Services Departments.
• Support the overall Design & Construction program and actively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure proper compliance with accounting procedures.
• Budgeting, forecasting and analysis of financial data including capital tracking and expense, forecasts, general ledger and period end reports working closely with Finance.
