Construction Field Team Lead

Responsibilities

• Provide field oversight of construction activities for various projects within the protected area and station.
• The majority of the time will be spent in the station.
• Attend project and vendor/contractor pre-job meetings as directed.
• Complete walk downs, provide coaching, and inputs to the observation and coaching database.
• Provide problem solving support to vendors and stakeholders to resolve safety, quality, technical, schedule, and productivity issues.
• Be an integrated member of the project team and refurbishment program.
• Review and understand project schedules and support the schedule Look Ahead process.
• Early start time is required per vendor work schedules and occasional weekend coverage may be required.
