Construction Field Associate

Responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance related tasks
• Provide skilled assistance to builders in planning and organizing building projects by interpreting and carrying out the directions of project managers and designers
• Interpret building plans, regulations and codes of practice in order to direct the progress of work and monitor compliance with construction documents
• Arrange supply of material and equipment
• Proactively communicate with project managers, architect, engineer, laborers, subcontractors and building officials
• Be responsible for health & safety provisions coordination on site
• Coordinate on-site contractors
• Manage time scheduling and provide updates on progress and scheduling
• Proactively handle the day-to-day operations of 1 - 4 jobs at a time
