CDC Construction is a General Contractor and Construction Manager in Metro Vancouver specializing in healthcare, hospitality, retail and other commercial tenant improvements. The estimating team is responsible for securing new projects, on both lump-sum projects and construction management proposals.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates based on bid documents, drawings and specifications
• Examine and analyze tenders and recommend tender awards
• Liaise and consult with engineers, architects, owner, subcontractors and suppliers
• Provide value engineering services for clients
• Prepare construction schedules
